Follow the instructions at the back of the packet.I find it doesn't need the 2tbsp of olive oil
I just add 1tbsp.Spread out as evenly as possible so that it bakes evenly.
Usually I'm not a big fan of flax crackers,the ones I've made in the past were very crumbly, stuck in your teeth and sometimes gave this "gone off " smell when the were cooking.
They are really easy to make,nutritious, filling (without making you feel uncomfortably full) and not to mention absolutely delicious(and organic which is definitely a plus ♥ ) .
